Strictly an appearance problem. The “leather like” vinyl was substantial and soft. The problem was the silver heardware was too prevalent and I’m not a silver fan. Purely a subjective thing and shouldn’t reflect negatively on the sellar.

I purchased this bag in white and I like it, it’s cute. However, it is not exactly as pictured. First of all, the white, red and orange bags are picturerd with two braided strands going through the rivets and they are not held together by the sliding connector piece like the other bags, the bag I received only has one braided strand going through each side, with the connector piece as shown on the other bags. Secondly, the color is not as bright white as shown, and thirdly the interior is not brown as pictured, but the patterned interior of the other bags. They showed two different products and sent me a white version of the other bag. They shouldn’t show two different products and expect the customers to guess at which product they’ll be receiving. I figured since I selected an item from the picture, that I would receive the item as pictured.
