2. We will contact you within two business days to give you exact instructions. These instructions include a return authorization number and the correct address for the warehouse. The package must clearly be marked "For Return" with the authorization number to help us expedite a speedy return process.
3. Credit or adjustment is givenon mistakes that are our fault provided you contact customer service within 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
4. Returns that are ordered incorrectly maybe charged a restocking fee.
5. Returns must be packaged in the original cartons in new condition.
6. A reason for the return needs to be given at the time of the request for return.
7. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to UPS office immediatly, then contact us, so we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Please keep the damaged goods and container until advised otherwise.
